March 24, 2021 - Experienced Community Association Manager: $85,000

Areas: Naples

Experienced community association manager for an onsite role for a premier community in Naples. Will be responsible for providing the overall supervision of the community, including inspections and overall maintenance, vendor and contract management and budgeting and invoice processing. Will interact with owners, vendors, board members and committee members. Must perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes and procedures and within the realm of the management philosophy. A minimum of 5 years of actively managing community associations is required. A strong background in special project management is preferred.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Caliber software experience is preferred.

* Excellent written and verbal communication.

* Ability to make sound business decisions and work effectively with little or no supervision.

* Strong time management.

* Strong problem solving and conflict management.

* Ability to successfully work with a wide range of personnel including vendors, personnel, office staff and all levels of management.


* Supervise the operation and administration of the community association.

* Act as or oversee the primary liaison with the board and owners.

* Perform and direct administrative and management duties.

* Ensure community management tools are being effectively developed and utilized such as annual calendar, action item list, resolution worksheets, timed agendas, committee charters, procurement procedures, operating budget, etc.

* Review monthly financial reports and ensure the management summary is submitted to the board.

* Conduct inspections, generate violation notices and enforcement process.

* Provide and oversee recommendations to the board and committees regarding major capital expenditures to maintain the desired community appearance and operation.

* Monitor delinquency rates and collections process.

* Attend board meetings community events.

* Prepare board packages.

* Ensure the board is aware of legal actions involving the association.

* Maintain unit and contract files relating to the operations of the association.

* Assist with the architectural review process and routine inspections.

* Responsible for maintenance of records database, including updating resident information.

* Responsible for routine and special project vendor management including procurement, as well as performance evaluation.

* Coordinate and oversee inspection of building facilities and common area and arrange appropriate follow up actions. Job #12631
