CAM needed for an association in Gainesville. At least 2-5 years of experience is required. Will provide management, direction and leadership to ensure the community is maintained and operated in accordance with the management agreement.
Responsibilities:
* Inspect the community and make maintenance recommendations.
* Develop and submit a complete and accurate annual budget.
* Develop and maintain an effective ongoing resident relation plan, implement initiatives and maintain an operating environment to achieve a satisfactory level of resident services.
* Analyze advantages and disadvantages of alternative solutions to problems and make recommendations to the board.
* Prepare for, attend, present manager’s reports and financial reports, and summarize in notes and minutes all board meetings.
* Fully develop all potential revenue opportunities.
* Implement standard operating procedures that are consistent with the culture.
* Provide leadership and direction on monthly financial statements and deficiencies to the board members. Job #12793
