Association manager for a golf course community with many amenities in Bonita Springs. Will work directly with the general manager and board to insure the successful operation of the community. Excellent customer service skills are required.

Requirements:

* Previous community association management experience.

* Must have working knowledge of Florida statues as it relates to homeowners associations.

* Ability to communicate effectively with managers, residents, guests and employees in one on one and small group situations in a fast paced environment.

* Must be computer literate.

* Actively seek growth and development within the profession.

* Understanding that growth participation is directly related to your personal efforts and dedication to the profession.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver and promote prompt, courteous and outgoing friendly service to all residents, guests and employees.

* Direct and coordinate the activities of contracted vendors and evaluate their performance.

* Facilitate and prepare paperwork for meetings, such as budget, annual elections and board meetings.

* Coordinate, produce and deliver all association required documents.

* Assures all association dues and fees are collected.

* Direct and coordinate annual and monthly rental program.

* Maintain records of maintenance and operating costs as well as all related association documents.

* Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following rules and regulations.

* Inspect grounds, facilities and equipment to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.

* Solicit and analyze bids from contractors for repairs and maintenance.

* Plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs and construction projects.

* Assist the board with the selection of vendors and manage contracts for provision of association services such as cleaning, maintenance and security services.

* Maintain contact with insurance carriers, fire and police departments and other agencies to ensure protection and compliance with codes and regulations.

* Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports.

* Meet with the board and committees to discuss and resolve legal and environmental issues. Job #12802
