Community association manager for an oceanfront condominium in New Smyrna Beach. Will plan and facilitate all rental activities and transaction for this beachfront condominium.

Requirements:

* Onsite experience with at least 3 years of experience as a community association manager is required.

* Must be a strong team player with good communication and people skills and ability to solve problems, manage time and set priorities.

* Must be detail oriented, flexible and well organized.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for day to day operations such as site inspections, covenant enforcement, attending and reporting at association meetings, reviewing financial reports, assisting in budgets, project management, preparing service bids and overseeing contractors.

* Perform and direct administrative and management duties as requested by the board.

* Act as primary liaison between the board and residents.

* Manage all aspects of the rental program.

* Investigate and resolve resident complaints.

* Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely manner.

* Supervise and train staff.

* Enforce the rules and regulations.
