April 28, 2022 - Community Association Manager: $50,000-$60,000

Areas: Fort Lauderdale

Community association manager for an association in Fort Lauderdale. Will be responsible for providing the association with execution of the directives set by the board and service to the residents of the community. Will perform all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of a luxury lifestyle class.


* Experience with high rise condominiums and homeowners association knowledge.

* 2-3 years of management and business experience preferred.

* Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

* Detailed oriented and able to multitask.

* Effective written and verbal communication skills.

* Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication and time management and time critical prioritization skills.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills creating effective customer focused relationships with all levels within the community.

* Intermediate command of computer hardware/software is required, specifically, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. Google Suite of products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc.).


* Assist in the daily operation of the management office and administrative duties following established association procedures and guidelines.

* Ensure that the telephone is answered properly, and messages are handled courteously, accurately and responded to in a timely manner.

* Ensure that all emails are responded to appropriately and in a timely manner. * Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.

* Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends.

* Perform administrative functions, including record keeping, filing, mail collection and distribution, word processing, data entry, maintain and replenish office supplies and supply ordering for maintenance and housekeeping.

* Prepares monthly board packages and meeting agenda notices and in house mailings.

* Provide and maintain maintenance requests (work orders).

* Will work closely with committees and each committee chairperson.

* Daily interaction and support for owners.

* Professional communication and customer service skills.

* Resolve and follow up on all complaints/issues.
