May 13, 2021 - Part Time Manager : $20-$25 per hour

Areas: Tampa

Part time manager for a homeowners association in Saint Petersburg, 20 hours per week, 5 days per week. Will provide the practical structure for the administrative and management duties of the association in accordance with the rules and regulations, policies and procedures established by the board. Will act in the capacity of treasurer for the multiple associations of the community. Will act as a liaison for the unit owners and board.


* Education: Preferred associate degree.

* 1-3 years of association management experience.

* Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and relevant databases and software.

* Ability to move throughout the community.

* Notary or willing to become notary.

* Bonded.


* Collect assessments.

* Keep proper accounting records.

* Manage and maintain budgets for each association and consolidated budget with expected monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

* Provide administrative assistance for the associations.
