September 01, 2021 - Part Time Portfolio Manager: $25 per hour

Areas: West Palm Beach

Part time portfolio manager for communities in North Palm Beach, remote work, 10-15 hours per week. Flexible hours.


* CAM with 1 year of experience as a portfolio manager preferred but not required. Will consider new licensees with work related experience.

* Strong verbal skills, written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

* Experience attending meetings and recording minutes preferred.

* Experience with standard association management, accounting procedures and financial reports.

* Strong organization skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and other relevant software.

* Computer skills to develop electronic documentation and archiving, and web based skills to manage the website and send email blasts for owner notifications of events and projects.

* Maintenance and construction knowledge is a plus.


* Oversee the management of 3 homeowners associations.

* Procure and supervise third party vendors, evaluate service contract requirements and establish performance specifications, negotiate and manage vendor contracts, monitor vendor performance through regular inspections.

* Arrange for and oversee activities of contract services including exterminators, trash systems, elevators, fire alarms, pumps, generators, and landscaping.

* Ensure code compliance. Develop comprehensive knowledge of the condominium documents and enforce the rules and regulations.

* Investigate resident disturbances, violations, and complaints. Resolve problems in accordance with the rules and regulations. Maintain a violation log to include violation, number of offenses, and if letters have been issued.

* Understand the significant issues affecting the association's performance.

* Respond to building emergencies to coordinate resources.

* Answers all after hour emergency calls promptly.

* Obtain bids for projects and review bids with the committee and board members.

* Review and approve all vendor invoices.

* Update the board of activities, problems, and issues. Communicate with board members regarding upcoming repair and maintenance projects.

* Develop and maintain an electronic record filing system to include building records, maintenance records, common element repairs, unit renovation requests, unit purchase documents, rental interviews, and parking arrangements among residents.
