Requirements:
* Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Detailed oriented and able to multi task. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong Team mentality with the goal of group problem solving.
* Multi tasker with the ability to get back on task when distractions occur.
* Intermediate command of computer hardware/software is required, specifically, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams. Experience in maintaining a website is desired.
* Must be bilingual, Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:
* Review all invoices for documentation and approval prior to processing.
* Coding and entry of payables into accounting software.
* Process payroll.
* Handle day to day administrative tasks with diligence and accuracy.
* Handle calls and emails from residents. Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner. Communicate with regarding community related issues. Respond to questions and needs ensuring that building staff resolves problems promptly.
* Track administrative tasks.
* Create professional memos, notices and emails.
* Assist in preparation of reports for inclusion in monthly board packages.
* Prepare rental or new resident packages.
* Work with the manager on special requests, administrative work, mailings, etc.
* Maintain positive working relationship with residents, vendors and contractors.
