Areas: West Palm Beach

Community administrator for a homeowners association in Palm Beach Gardens, CAM license not required. Will be responsible for the administrative efficiency, legal and fiduciary areas of the association. Must possess strong organizational skills, exceptional written and oral communication skills, a knowledge of accounting systems and knowledge of community governing documents. A valid Florida Notary certification, or ability to obtain one within the first 3 months of employment, is required. Previous homeowners association experience is helpful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Will oversee financial, legal, operations, marketing, real estate and insurance for the association; maintain all community records, manage and operate the office; prepare staff and resident communications; act as agent for the board and general manager. Will report to the general manager, controller and board on all matters of significance relating to the status of maintenance, finances or administration of the association.


High school diploma, business school, college or equivalent of education and experience. Minimum 5 years of administrative experience required. Ability to write reports, documents, business correspondence, effectively communicate with residents and staff within short timeframes is of the utmost importance. Drug test, background check and proof of either Covid 19 vaccination or negative results will be required. Job #12912
