Bilingual onsite assistant community manager for Orlando. The primary function is to assist the community manager with amenity inspections, processing owner notices, interfacing with community vendors, preparing work orders and board and resident relations.


* High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field or related area.

* Must be bilingual: English/Spanish.

* Florida notary public preferred.

* Florida LCAM license preferred.

* Successfully pass pre-employment screenings and background/reference checks.

* Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects at the same time.

* Ability to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors and customers/clients of all professional levels.

* Demonstrate leadership in maintaining high standards of professional behavior for self and staff.

* Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, problem solving, creative and independent thinking.

* Demonstrate a commitment to the philosophy of high quality, professionalism and organizational culture.

* Must have a working knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, state licensing standards.

* Must be familiar with accreditation expectations.

* Knowledge and application of Microsoft Office, Adobe and Windows based products.

* Knowledge and application of tablet/iPad.

* Knowledge of community association management.


* Inspect the amenities and coordinate maintenance activities. * Meet vendors, participate in site walks and generate work orders. Request proposals or bids, business licenses and insurance policies from vendors. Maintain vendor contracts.

* Oversee the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests. * Process owner applications.

* Process owner payments, execute receipt protocols.

* Prepare owner notices, meeting mailings and other association communications.

* Generate email monthly reports to the board or committees.

* Participate in board, membership or committee meetings.

* Create an inspection calendar and set all inspection dates.

* Perform research on the internet.

* Consistently check emails for requests, resident matters, vendor proposals, etc. Keep clear and open communication with team members at all times.

* Communicate with and respond timely to board members, owners, attorneys, etc.

* Support accurate record keeping.

* Assist and ensure all owner complaints are handled promptly and appropriately.

* Other duties include scanning, copying, mailing, filing, storing clerical, and phone support.

* Prioritize tasks based on urgency.
