Onsite community association manager for an association in Bonita Springs. At least 3 years of CAM experience are required. Responsibilities include working closely with the board to manage and operate the community and facilitate solutions to problems. Strong management skills, customer service skills and supervisory skills in support of the care and maintenance of the community are required.

Responsibilities:

* Inspect community and make maintenance recommendations.

* Develop and submit complete an accurate annual budget.

* Develop and maintain an effective ongoing resident relation plan, implement initiatives and maintain an operating environment to achieve a satisfactory level of resident services.

* Analyze advantages and disadvantages of alternative solutions to problems and make recommendations to the board.

* Prepare for, attend, present managers reports and financial reports and summarize in notes and minutes all board meetings.

* Fully develop all potential revenue opportunities.

* Implement standard operating procedures that are consistent with the culture.

* Interface regularly with residents and vendors.

* Provide leadership and direction.
