Areas: Orlando

HOA receptionist and assistant manager for an association in Kissimmee. Must have customer service and office experience and be detail oriented. Must understand Word, Excel, PowerPoint and have a willingness to learn more. Must enjoy working with tourists and be able to be the point of contact for emergencies. This is a great position for an entry level CAM. Must be able to pass a 10 year background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities include working with local managers, providing guests with directions to local attractions, distributing recreation equipment (tennis, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, pickleball, etc.), and monitoring theatre presentations. Additional responsibilities include answering questions about association rules and regulations, pest control, termite inspections, ARC submission, violations and board of director activities. Training provided.

32 hours per week, 4 days a week:
* Tuesday and Wednesday: 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
* Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
* Sunday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Health benefits after 60 days of employment. 64 paid time off hours after 90 days probation. Matching 401k after one year of service. Job #12795
