Full time onsite manager for an association in Key Largo.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience.
* Team player.
* Results driven.
* Knowledge of maintenance and restoration projects.
* Ability to analyze financial statements and prepare budgets.
* Deal with clients and owners in a friendly professional manner.
* Knowledge of Florida Statute 718 required.
* Ability to supervise onsite maintenance personnel and staff.
* Adhere to the highest standards of professional ethics.
* Ability to write a monthly management report which breaks down monthly jobs completed, informs board of items needed to maintain a safe environment for owners and guests.
* Ability to prepare for and run board meetings, bimonthly meetings held on weekday evenings and one meeting per year is held on Saturday.
* Prepare professional reports, action plans, bid analysis, etc.
* Generate maintenance standards and achieve performance objectives.
* Maintain inventory and monitor preventive maintenance.
