Onsite community association manager for an association in Daytona Beach. Will be the leader of the entire onsite operation. Will effectively manage working relationships in the community to ensure that objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
* Provide management and leadership.
* Manage the functions of a team while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods and personnel.
* Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, that board expectations are met and assist in prompt response and resolution to questions and problems.
* Maintain knowledge and understanding of the contract between the association and management company. Ensure all contractual obligations are being met.
* Initiate contact with new residents.
* Conduct site inspections regularly, identify deficiencies and provide recommendations and action plans to improve the association.
* Oversee all construction projects and ensure maintenance, improvement and projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Create, maintain and upload a wide variety of information in the portal, including work orders, signed meeting minutes and the monthly management report.
* Interview, select, recommend, hire, train and schedule assigned staff. Ensure proper coverage and staffing levels. Provide direction to staff and assist in the investigation and resolution of problems. Job #12992
