Community association manager for an oceanfront condominium recreation / amenity center in Pompano Beach. At least 3-5 years of CAM experience is required, including oceanfront management. The building is currently undergoing concrete restoration by an independent contractor. The position includes 1 weekend day. Local candidates only please.
Responsibilities:
* Aggressively manage the preventive maintenance schedule due to the harsh oceanfront location.
* Report to the board.
* Attend meetings.
* Manage a staff of 20 employees that perform security, maintenance, office administrative functions and events.
* Be responsible for all aspects of the building upkeep and maintenance.
* Analyze budgets.
* Solicit bids.
