Community association manager for a luxury high rise in Sunny Isles. Must be highly skilled with a solid background in hospitality, exceptional financial acumen, hands on management experience and a keen eye for detail.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in community association management, with a strong preference for those with a background in hospitality.
* Financial Skills: Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial reporting and managing community finances.
* Detail Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff and vendors.
* Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Problem Solving: Effective problem solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
* Technology: Proficiency in association management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
* Community Management: Oversee the day to day operations of the community, ensuring all services and facilities are managed effectively and efficiently.
* Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports and audits. Ensure financial stability and transparency within the community.
* Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring the community is well maintained and all issues are resolved promptly. 558 Experience.
* Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of staff, providing direction, support and training to ensure high performance and exceptional service.
* Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and community policies.
* Community Events: Plan and oversee community events and activities that promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
* Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and respond to emergencies.
