General manager for a luxury high rise condominium in Sunny Isles Beach. Will plan, direct, recommend and implement policies and procedures to ensure the services required to maintain the common elements of the association are provided in a first class manner. Will be responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, financial, human resources, maintenance and security functions of the community. The position requires the community association manager be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency consultation in the event of incidents requiring management intervention. Must provide exemplary service while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills.
Requirements:
* Prior luxury high rise management experience is required.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise hiring and management of direct employees and selection and management of outside vendor staffing.
* Plan, direct and oversee implementation of comprehensive systems for protection of the community assets and records of the association in a professional manner.
* Inspect community and facilities to determine maintenance and security needs.
* Document, interview and assist residents regarding complaints.
* Attend meetings.
* Maintain a professional relationship with the board and owners.
* Assist in preparation of the annual budget and coordination of board meetings.
* Must be able to perform violation inspections.
* Assist in monitoring compliance with rules and regulations and implement procedures for handling violations.
* Solicit bids for maintenance, construction and community projects.
* Participate in selection of contractors and vendors for maintenance services.
