Areas: West Palm Beach

Manager for an oceanfront condominium in Palm Beach. Must be experienced and detail oriented with a commitment to excellence. Will oversee the overall management, maintenance and resident relations within the community. This position requires a hands on approach to ensure that all aspects of the community meet the highest standards of quality and service. Should be a proactive leader with a deep understanding of association management, a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering an unparalleled residential experience. A strong background in construction and project management is highly desired to manage renovations, capital improvements and ongoing construction projects within the community.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience as an association manager, preferably in a residential community of similar scale and prestige.

* Proven track record of managing associations with a focus on high end residential communities.

* Strong background in construction management and project oversight, with experience managing large scale renovation and capital improvement projects.

* Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.

* Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, financial planning and reporting.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service oriented approach.

* In depth knowledge of association management software and tools.

* Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.

* Familiarity with association management and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Resident Relations: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with all owners, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns, resolving issues and facilitating community engagement activities.

* Maintenance and Upkeep: Coordinate and supervise all maintenance activities, ensuring that the association’s common areas, amenities and landscaping are meticulously maintained. Oversee routine inspections, manage service contracts and ensure timely completion of repairs and improvements.

* Construction and Project Management: Lead and oversee all construction and renovation projects within the community, from initial planning to final completion. Work with contractors, architects and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Manage capital improvement projects and coordinate with owners on any construction impacting their units.

* Staff Supervision and Management: Lead and manage a team of staff, including maintenance personnel, security and administrative support. Provide training, guidance and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of service.

* Financial Management: Oversee the community’s financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting and managing association dues. Work closely with the board to prepare and present financial plans, manage reserves and ensure fiscal responsibility.

* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the community complies with all local, state and federal regulations, including codes, safety standards and association rules. Keep up to date on changes in association management laws and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.

* Community Enhancement: Work with the board and residents to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the quality of life within the community. This includes planning events, improving amenities and promoting a strong sense of community among residents.

* Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain an emergency preparedness plan for the community, ensuring that all staff and residents are aware of procedures and protocols in case of emergencies. Job #12670
